He is also the Assitstant Director for Vale Professionals, as well as the Assistant Project Superintendent of Ed Waters & Sons Construction Co. Inc. He has held several positions in the last 30 years that has molded him into a world leader in large scale projects. Benny Kolb's background consists of experience as Construction Manager, Marine/Offshore Superintendent, Hull Superintendent, Field Supervisor, Heavy Lift Crane Operations Supervisor, and Jacket/Deck Fabricator. In these positions he has supervised critical and heavy lifts using engineered critical heavy lift plans and crane charts. He has also managed personnel to accomplish jobs at or below budget costs. In addition, he has supervised overseas operations in Alexandria, Egypt. Benny Kolb's employment record is characterized by hard work, reliability, and the ability to work as a team player. He is recognized for his hands-on supervisory style of management and enjoys working with people as a team. Ben Andrews is our Offshore Project Director. He has been a major player for over 40 years in the oil and gas industry with Major Contractors such as McDermott, NPCC, Global industries. He has vast experience in Construction management, project management, engineering management, drilling management. He is experienced in overseeing projects from Europe to the Far East, specializing in offshore construction, heavy lifts of up to 4000tons, and pipe laying of up to 42ins dia. Mr. Andrews is the founder and president of LT INVESTMENTS INC. a financial services advisory and corporate consulting company created in 2007, that has since completed over US$450MM in transactions within the oil & gas, entertainment, and aviation industries. Mr. Charles Andrews has a diverse industry expertise in financing which initiated at Sotheby's International Realty of Portugal. He has broad based experience in commercial and residential Real Estate financing and creative financing. Mr. Andrews has provided financial advisory services in a wide variety of industries including international companies such as; KS Energy Ltd., located in Singapore, O.T.M.S. (Offshore Technical Management Solutions) located in Dubai, Art & Fashion Group located in New York, and Industrial Superstudio located in New York. Mr. Andrews has diverse industry experience and a practical knowledge in Corporate Finance and Risk Management. He has as clients, private and publicly traded companies around the globe, both in developed and developing countries, especially in the emerging BRIC nations. By leveraging substantial relationships around the world, Mr. Andrews offers creative solutions tailored to the local challenges faced by clients. Mr. Andrews is currently based in New York. Alex Kolb possesses advanced electronic knowledge in several areas of expertise which include but are not limited to: Laser/Automated Guided Material Handling Vehicles, Computer Networking, Routing, Internet/Intranet Systems, Industrial/Commercial Electrical systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, other Motor control devices, Satellite and Tele- communication Systems. His skills have been an asset for companies around the US such as: Transbotics of Charlotte NC and Sears Service (SouthEast Division).
